6 TIPS THAT WILL HELP YOU RECOVER FROM A HEARTBREAK!
Heartbreaks can be traumatic especially when the breakup is unexpected or sudden and it can live a mark on you forever if you don’t heal properly.
The following tips will generally help you recover from a heartbreak
1. LET IT OUT AND CRY IF YOU FEEL LIKE
One mistake many make after a heartbreak is trying to suppress the emotions after a heartbreak. The emotions after a heartbreak can be so intense so it’s important you let it out. So go somewhere private and let it out. Cry, yell, scream, do what ever you feel would help you release those intense emotions. Don’t suppress them.
2. TALK TO PEOPLE WHO CARE ABOUT YOU
It’s important you are around people who care about you after a heartbreak. Don’t just keep to yourself after a heartbreak; be in a company of supportive people who will help you through this difficult time.
3. TAKE PROPER CARE OF YOURSELF
It’s normal to lose appetite and avoid eating after a heartbreak but it’s really important you eat properly during this period. This is also why it’s important you are with supportive people as they will make sure you eat during this period.
4. EXERCISE
If you don’t normally exercise, you should consider it after a heartbreak. If you exercise regularly, then continue exercising even after the heartbreak. Exercising is important after a heartbreak because it helps you release all the anger inside of you gotten from the heartbreak.
5. HAVE FUN WITH FRIENDS
Staying indoors all day after a heartbreak will not help you heal but only worsen the situation. Go out with friends and have fun. Try exciting things with your friends.
6. MEET NEW PEOPLE BUT STAY AWAY FROM RELATIONSHIPS
Meeting new people will help you during your recovery from a heartbreak because it sort of helps rebuild your pride and confidence again. While you make new friends, it’s important you don’t jump into a relationship. It’s important you give yourself a break from relationships for at least three months.
And when you think you are ready for a new relationship, take it slow and steady.

6 SUCCESS LESSONS TO LEARN FROM BILL GATES!
To be the best, you have to learn from the best. Success is a journey, one that starts from many miles away but people only notice when you’ve passed through the hurdles.
There are so many lessons to learn from Bill Gates, and it would help shape your path to success.
1. FAILURE IS NEVER THE END
Every successful person has failed at one point in time and Bill Gates isn’t any different. His first company Traf-O-Data failed because the product Traf-O-Data 8008 which was meant to read traffic tapes and process data wouldn’t work when they tried to sell it to a local county. Bill Gates didn’t stop at this venture and still went on to be the wealthiest man in the world, meaning failure is only possible when you give up.
2. LEARN FROM EACH FAILURE
Learning from a failure is a key ingredient to success, and it’s one Bill Gates rode on to success. Bill Gates and the co-founder of Microsoft, Paul Allen never gave up, they learnt from the mistakes of Traf-O-Data, and today they are the founders of one of the most successful companies in the world – Microsoft. According to Paul Allen: “Even though Traf-O-Data wasn’t a roaring success, it was seminal in preparing us to make Microsoft’s first product a couple of years later”.
In 2011, Paul Allen told Newsweek: “Since then, I have made my share of business mistakes, but Traf-O-Data remains my favorite mistake because it confirmed to me that every failure contains the seeds of your next success.
3. SEEK FOR KNOWLEDGE
People are too lazy to seek for knowledge these days, and you can hardly be successful when you lack knowledge. Bill Gates has always been an avid reader right from his childhood days; he was curious for knowledge and that curiosity helped him become one of the most successful programmers the world would ever know.
According to Bill Gates: “I really had a lot of dreams when I was a kid, and I think a great deal of that grew out of the fact that I had a chance to read a lot.”
Knowledge and curiosity go hand in hand, and they are essential for success.
4. DRIVE/AIM
Never set limitations to your thinking, and that’s one trait that pushed Bill Gates to success. Inasmuch as Traf-O-Data didn’t succeed, the thinking behind it wasn’t average; it was extraordinary and beyond normal. Microsoft was born out of that pattern of thinking.
Paul Allen described Bill Gates as one with a drive for success and a highly competitive and persistent person.
5. FOCUS
You can’t succeed if you are carried away or easily distracted from your goal. Focus is one of the highlights of Bill Gates success, and according to Paul Allen: “Where I was curious to study everything in sight, Bill would focus on one task at a time with total discipline. You could see it when he programmed—he’d sit with a marker clenched in his mouth, tapping his feet and rocking, impervious to distraction.”
6. HAVE A GREAT TEAM
You can hardly ever do it alone, having a great team is really important. Every great president is as good as his cabinet; every CEO is as good as his workforce. According to Paul Allen: “Bill never wanted to lose talented people. ‘If this guy leaves,’ he’d say to me, ‘we’ll lose all our momentum.’”
These six characters have an important influence on Bill Gates road to success: it’s never too late; you can build your way to success too. Start today.

VIDEO: CRISTIANO RONALDO CROWNED UEFA'S BEST PLAYER 2015/2016
Real Madrid and Portugal star Cristiano Ronaldo was named UEFA Best Player in Europe following the Champions League draw ceremony on Thursday.
European football's governing body whittled a shortlist of 10 down to Real Madrid duo Gareth Bale and Ronaldo and Atletico Madrid star Antoine Griezmann.
Ronaldo, who won after the 2013-14 season, joined Barcelona star Lionel Messi as the second player to win the award twice.
Ronaldo captained Portugal to glory at Euro 2016, when he was taken off injured during the final, and scored the winning shootout penalty for Real Madrid as they won the Champions League for an 11th time.
"Of course, I feel happy because it was an unbelievable season," Ronaldo said. "But it wouldn't be fair if I didn't mention these two amazing players [Bale and Griezmann]. Griezmann, I am sorry for your loss to Portugal in the final, but you are an amazing player. It was an unbelievable season."
Ronaldo's Bernabeu colleague Bale also shone in France, where his three goals helped unfancied Wales to reach the last four, and struck in the Champions League shootout.
France international Griezmann suffered at the hands of Bale and Ronaldo as his Atletico side were beaten in the Champions League final, missing a penalty in normal time, but was top scorer at Euro 2016 with six goals as hosts France reached the final.
Journalists from each of UEFA's 55 member associations provided an initial list of their five best players, with the 10 gaining most points advancing to a second vote to determine the final three.
The award has previously gone to Lionel Messi (twice), Andres Iniesta, Franck Ribery and Ronaldo.
Asked what his biggest dream as a kid was, Ronaldo said: "It was to be a football player and have success in football. Dreams come true."
